A Magic Circle firm is looking to hire an associate into their top-tier Leveraged Finance team. This role is to work across both creditors and debtors in cross-border transactions. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an established leveraged finance associate who looking to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will be;
- A qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 2-5 years PQE in leveraged finance at a leading law firm
- Have an excellent academic background
- Proven in working on large-scale cross-border transactions
