A junior corporate solicitor is offered an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 ranked corporate team at this top tier international practice in Birmingham.

The firm operates across the UK and Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, and North America. The successful corporate solicitor joining this team in Birmingham will undertake challenging, complex, and high calibre corporate matters for clients throughout the UK and internationally across the retail, hospitality and leisure, technology, media and communications, energy and natural resources, government, and financial services sectors.

Your work will include:
 

• Corporate Governance
• Private Equity
• Equity Capital Markets
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Regulatory
• Re-structuring
• Tax and Private Capital

This position is ideally suited to junior corporate solicitors between one and four years’ PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:
 

• A strong academic background
• Training and qualified experience in corporate law gained with a reputable national or international practice
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• Experience in business development and client relationship management
