The Role

2+ PQE IP Solicitor to join Band 1, T1 team within Bristol Top 50 firm

Taking ownership highly complex multi-party matters, often in industries that are well regulated, the team are heavily involved in high profile and first-of-their-kind projects for numerous international and FTSE 250 organisations, the public sector and infrastructure providers, to name a few.

A team of industry-renowned experts, advising clients on all non-contentious IP considerations, including but not limited to transactions (including licensing, assignment and franchising), structuring, collab and joint ventures, and IP audits.

The client list being enviable, as you will work with international brands in retail, tech, media, education and infrastructure to name a few.

As you develop as a Solicitor through working on your projects independently and as part of the wider team, you'll work on increasingly complex matters whilst being positions to bolster your network.

The Partners consider your mentoring to be of strategic importance, with this and the firms structured development program results in swift progression within the team.

The Requirements

  • 2+ PQE within IP law, no ceiling owing to team investment
  • Working in unison with the team whilst presenting a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to develop and progress up the career ladder.
  • Engagement with present and future clients with the ability to manage, exceed and anticipate evolving needs and expectations.
