The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor, to be based in their expanding City of London office.

You will join a flourishing department that deals with a truly excellent quality of work. You will be at the forefront of this department.

The Commercial Property department is one of the largest in the firm, they have a wealth of expertise and have an impressive client base.

Fee earners are not just technically strong, but also excellent at generating business. They deal with a varied client base of SME to national companies, with a growing Technology and Media client base.

You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Purchase and sale of commercial property, Landlord & tenant, Investment, Portfolio Acquisition, Commercial leases, and Development matters.

This role comes with good prospects for progression including partnership in the future.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• You should be an ambitious and dynamic candidate
• You should have good technical knowledge
