This global industrial technology company is seeking a dynamic Commercial Contracts Lawyer 5+ years PQE to join their legal team based in Swindon.

The role:
Opportunity for a senior level Commercial Contracts Lawyer 5+ years PQE to join this company's in-house legal team based in Swindon.
This would suit an individual with broad commercial contracts experience, ideally with prior exposure to product development, service and software agreements.
You will review, draft and advise on a range of contracts for procurement, engineering, sales and marketing departments. This will include but not limited to NDAs, strategic purchasing agreements, product development, sale agreements and service level agreements.
Someone who is familiar with software like SaaS, Cloud and Industrial IOT is highly desirable; as well as experience with the function of re-occurring revenue models.
Requirements:
· Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in technology industries
· Outcome orientated with a demonstrable ability to achieve results
· Team player who can work within a domestic legal team within a global matrix organisation
