Corporate Associate

An International law firm with a first class corporate practice are looking to appoint a Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE) to the team. The practice is top rated by the legal 500 for M&A and has fantastic relationships with superb clients within the retail, energy, tech, financial services and infrastructure sectors.


This appointment sits within the firm's corporate practice advising on venture capital, M&A and general corporate matters.

Whilst recognised as a top international firm, they boast a strong work/life balance along with ultimate flexibility to allow you to perform to the best of your ability, whether that is at home, in the office or a combination of both.

Applicants will have experience within a city based law firm and have demonstrable experience within corporate work, along with a strong academic background.
