THE ROLE
As a member of a successful and well established in house legal function, the post holder will be expected to manage a varied corporate workload. The role will carry a high level of responsibility, working alongside management, external counsel and senior stakeholders.
You will be handling an international corporate workload with a focus on acquisitions, asset management/financial agreements, commercial contracts, regulatory and risk management matters.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this business facing role, applicants will be expected to have c 2-4 PQE + corporate experience handling international M&A matters, ideally gained from leading City law firm or similar.
England & Wales qualified candidates with Spanish/French language skills would be of particular interest.
