Property Lawyer

I am working on an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with real estate, property development, construction or planning experience to join an international business with a focus on their real estate development projects.  You will be joining a small team in London and whilst you will be focussing on particular large scale projects, you will also be involved in ad hoc and smaller scale issues of the business.

This role is best suited to a lawyer with at least 5 years of legal experience with commercial real estate, property development, construction and planning.  You will be leading on one particular large scale project but will also be expected to assist, where necessary, with other ad hoc issues and smaller projects.  This role would suit someone looking to expand on their current experience while not letting go of their real estate background and who is prepared to work autonomously and on all aspects of a large scale property development project.
