The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor or Associate to join their expanding team in London.

The role is to be based in London; however, they have a network of offices throughout the UK. The firm is known nationally and internationally for their extensive network of ultra HNW individuals and privately and publicly owned businesses. They attract clients from a wide variety of business sectors which makes for a varied and exciting role.
This Real Estate department is well-respected, and there is a significant commitment from the business to further develop this offering out of their London office.

The position involves:

Acting on sales and acquisitions (by private treaty and by auction), letting (for landlord and tenant), property management (dealing with licences to assign, underlet and alter etc) and property finance.

The role is expected to encompass a broad base of general commercial property work as detailed above including providing property assistance on corporate transactions.

You will have solid experience from a highly regarded firm and ambitious to progress quickly within this expanding, industry leading team.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor or Associate with 1 PQE +
• (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Willingness to get involved in business development & networking
