Senior Lawyer
Redstone Search is working with an established law firm that is looking to significantly expand its current team of consultants.
We are looking for talented lawyers who would prefer to leave the old school legal model behind in favour of an alternative platform that rewards you for developing your own business, enabling you to take home a larger portion of the fees that you have worked hard to earn. Our client takes care of all back-office matters, such as IT support and PI cover, and they also have employed associates, paralegals, and trainees on hand to assist as and when needed, leaving you free to focus on your clients and provide them with the advice and level of service that they require.
The Practice
The firm has considerable expertise in the following practice areas:
- Corporate & Commercial
- Dispute Resolution
- International Trade
- Employment
- Property
However, they are willing and able to take on consultants that specialise in other practice areas so long as the consultant has the requisite client base.
Within each of these practice areas, consultants work on a full range of matters. This means you have complete flexibility to go where your client needs you to without having to pass matters onto your colleagues. Having this freedom enables you to remain close to your client throughout their matter, acting as their personal lawyer and enabling you to build lasting business relationships.
What could you earn?
Your earnings are dependent on what you bill in a 12-month period, as simple as that. This revenue model enables you to take home more of your self-generated fees. It is the firm’s objective to provide you with the ability to earn more than you would in a traditional fee-earning role.
70% of the first £100,000; 80% of £100,001 - £200,000; and 90% of amounts in excess of £200,001.
Freedom
