The Role

NQ - 3 PQE Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join Band & Tier 1 Top 100 team

Joining one of leading R&S teams not only in the South-West, but nationally, you'll focus on focus on insolvency work advising insolvency practitioners, directors, companies, individual debtors and other stakeholders on the full range of insolvency procedures from administrations through to personal bankruptcy.

Whilst you will take ownership of matters and key client relationships from the onset, you'll work with senior colleagues on more complex investigations and recovery actions, including international asset tracing. You will assist too in more significant advisory matters, such as restructuring.

The team is set to grow continually, so as you mature to an Associate, you'll be met with the opportunity to delve into leadership and hone your chosen niches.

Flexibility and home-working have long been the norm, as the team strikes a tone on working patterns that fit the individual. Looking for future leaders, you'll be mentored by Partners considered the industries best.

The Requirements

  • R&S experience, be it in current role or during training
  • Strong academics
  • Keen to build longstanding client relationship
  • Commercial-awareness when met with problems and when engaging with current and future clients
  • Willingness to continually progress to Associate

Those wanting to service national clients and work to Associate from Day 1 while being involved in advisory and contentious work are encouraged to make inquiries.
