The Role
Senior Private Equity Associate/Partner to join Chambers-ranked Top 75 Corporate team
The firm's ranked Corporate team has grown considerably in the past few years, with this trend set to continue leading forward, owing to increasing attention from the broader market and an influx of talent.
Led by a Partner whose work in Private Equity is award-winning. Private Equity is a pillar of the wider Corporate team, representing many of the UK's leading PE houses and their portfolio companies. The team work international, with particular prowess in bolt-on and buy-and-build M&A as part of PE-backed investment proposition.
Joining as a Senior, the route to Partnership is transparent, and those interested in moving laterally will be fully accommodated in doing so. Your influence will be immediate as you join the leadership team and aid in the health of the department and its goals moving forward.
