THE ROLE

For a capital markets lawyer, with significant equity and debt capital markets experience, to join as Senior Editor.

You will use your specialist legal knowledge of advising on cross-border capital markets matters to map, provide and maintain a wide range of content.

Working in a supportive global team of highly experienced colleagues, you will deal with a breadth of interesting cross-border legal and editorial work including analysing the latest capital markets law, regulatory and policy developments, creating new and maintaining existing materials and commissioning, reviewing and editing content written internally and externally.

Additionally, you will be involved in marketing and engaging with customers as well as liaising with sales, marketing, product management, technology and segment functions.

ABOUT YOU

With at least 5pqe gained in either a law firm or in-house, you'll have a proven interest and ability in writing, and an in-depth understanding of capital markets law, both equity and debt.

You may be qualified as a solicitor or barrister in England & Wales or as a US Attorney, licensed to practise law in one or more of the following jurisdictions: CA, DC, IL, MA, MN, NY or TX.

You may be looking for your first move into the PSL / Knowledge Lawyer environment or already have relevant experience in this arena
