Commercial Disputes Associate (1-4 PQE) – Small US Firm in London – Excellent Hours

We have been instructed on a new role at this attractive US firm in London.  The firm is looking for a junior/mid-level Litigation Associate to join the team.

In London, the firm has a close-knit Dispute Resolution team which advises on a range of commercial litigation, white collar, and arbitration matters.  Associates in the team get an excellent range of exposure to matters, real responsibility and hands-on experience.  There are many opportunities to get involved in business development and to play a role in the overall strategy of the practice. 

The Partners are interested in hearing from Associates at other City practices, with the ideal level of experience being around the 1-4 PQE mark.  Candidates will need strong core commercial litigation experience, with additional experience in arbitration and white collar matters also of value. 

The firm is not one of the ‘New York style’ London practices where the expectation is to work extremely long hours.  In terms of culture and work/life balance, the firm is more similar to a Silver Circle UK practice, and salaries are also pitched at this level. 

There is also an attractive bonus scheme which kicks in (and is guaranteed to be paid out) at a very attainable hours target and is scaled to make it possible to greatly increase your earnings.
