Job Details
A top tier international law firm with an exceptional corporate practice are looking to appoint a Corporate Associate (NQ - 1 PQE) to the team. The practice works with clients across a broad range of sectors advising on M&A, disposals, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.
The practice regularly advise on cross border work and recently have undertaken deals in the US, Germany, Holland, South Africa, Poland, France, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and Italy.
Applicants will have gained experience in a City firm or a large regional practice with experience in corporate seats.
