Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Salary: Competitive
Boutique property investment company based in Battersea, London seeks a part-time property litigation solicitor with at least 7 years PQE.
We invest in commercial and residential property. Our company environment is fast-paced with multiple acquisitions on the go at the same time. We require an experienced property litigator to deal with a diverse range of contentious matters arising from property transactions. The successful candidate will become an advisor and an integral part of the business as part of our in-house legal team.
The successful candidate will be required to work from our brand-new offices, reporting to the Managing Director and team when required.
This role is on a self-employed basis offering an attractive day rate.

We will acquire the property either via a straight-forward property acquisition or via acquiring the legal entity that owns the property (i.e a corporate acquisition). All acquisitions are purchased by SPV companies.
