Job Details
Prominent offshore firm would be interested to hear from aspiring associates with developed experience across CLOs and other structured finance transactions, including repack programmes, structured funds and fund derivative products. Applicants will possess an excellent academic pedigree and be admitted to practice in England & Wales, Australia/NZ or Canada. With a minimum of 3yrs experience on a UK scale, you will currenlty be praciticing within a top tier onshore or offshore law firm.
