Searching for a new challenge? QC Legal is working with a legal giant in their search for a Senior Associate/Legal Director Finance Disputes expert to join their multi Award-Winning and highly talented team. We are searching for someone who is technically strong, commercially astute, and of course, a strong team player. Sound like you? 

The Role

  • You will be expected to advise on all parts of banking and finance litigation. You will be advising several major asset finance companies on a variety of disputes. You will often resolve disputes via mediation as opposed to adjudication. 
  • You will be advising lenders against solicitors and valuers, defended possession actions and claims against lenders. 
  • You will be joining a team made up of experts in banking litigation who are allies with a strong network of funders, brokers, and insurers. 
  • You will be expected to supervise, advise, and guide those more junior members of your team.  You must have all the hallmarks of being a future leader.  

About You 

  • You will have excellent academics, achieving a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level. 
  • You will have obtained at least 6 years’ previous qualified experience at a large regional, national or City firm and be able to demonstrate a strong track record.
  • You will be technically strong, commercially astute and a strong team player. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
