JOB TITLE: Family Senior Associate / Partner
PQE REQUIRED: 6+ PQE

THE ROLE:

The family team are keen develop their presence and offerings within the Northamptonshire market and as a result are looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate / Partner. The role will require a well thought of Family Senior Associate who has a strong technical background in family law and is keen to take on a fresh and rewarding challenge. The department are looking for ambitious individuals who really want to work as a part of a team but also be instrumental in driving the strategy of the family department forward. You will be innovative and forward thinking and as well as possess the ability to build up your own caseload and commit to developing the strategy of the department as well.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Senior Associate or Partner will be bright and ambitious and determined to succeed as there is genuine prospects for career development within this role. You will have gained training at a leading national or regional practice and will be technically competent in all areas of family law including advising on high net worth clients on financial applications arising out of divorce, cohabitation agreements, domestic violence and separation. Your client facing / business development skills will be second to none as the role involves a significant amount of business development. You must as the newly appointed Family Solicitor possess the desire to network, business develop and marker and be passionate about this area of law. For candidates who wish to be considered for partnership you must be able to present at interview a clear network of contacts and work referrers who will be only too happy to instruct you on future matters. You must also be able to demonstrate a strong relationship with your clients and have a good reputation in the local market.
