Underwriter | Reps & Warranties

We have been retained by an M&A insurance brand to lead the search for a Senior Underwriter to join the team; the team assess, underwrite and provide representation and warranties insurance (M&A insurance) for complex, mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Joining a highly experienced team of M&A Underwriters, most of which are former Corporate or Private Equity Lawyers, you will assess submissions received from the global broking community and use your technical legal and M&A skillset to underwrite and bind the deal with a reps and warranties policy.

The team are considered the go-to for complex deals and with a global platform and are also the choice for cross-border and multi-jurisdictional risks. The hire will be a qualified and experienced corporate attorney from a branded corporate practice or an Underwriter from within the market interested in exploring lateral options.
