Our client's market-leading and internationally recognized Insurance M&A practice in New York seeks excellent attorneys with significant deal experience representing public and private companies, private equity firms and strategic players in M&A transactions. The group advises senior management and boards of companies and investors acting throughout the world, including some of the largest companies and groups globally. The group offers a broad span of work from M&A to critical governance, compliance and risk management issues.
This is a preeminent Insurance M&A and Regulatory practice who are busy keeping ahead of the game. I am looking to speak with junior-senior level associates with prior M&A experience and an interest in acquiring deep knowledge of the Insurance Industry.
