They have a network of offices across the country, and London is now becoming one of their strongest, they have big plans to continue to expand here with many key hires in the pipeline.

They are ranked as leaders in the Legal 500 across 13 different practice areas and have their eyes set on becoming the go-to firm in the UK. The firm has an excellent infrastructure, using some of the best equipment and software in the industry. They have invested heavily in marketing each of their practice areas which has seen a 50% rise in instructions this year alone.

The Role

The firm are looking for Employment Associate (1-3 years PQE) to join their growing City of London office.

The department is headed up by a Chambers, and Legal 500 ranked Partner, who is at the top of their game.

The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work.

The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work.

There are excellent prospects here for progression with the continued growth of this department and the firm.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Associate 1-3 years PQE
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing

  • Salary is competitive and dependent on experience; on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
