Exciting opportunity to join the London commercial, technology and sports team of this thriving, innovative law firm.
Work will cover a very broad range of commercial agreements, from standard terms and conditions, online contracts, sponsorship and endorsement to the more complex international commercial arrangements and multi-party collaboration and licensing agreements. Clients are often privately owned but they also include major corporations. The team help their clients to expand and offer them a full range of services to assist with international growth.
The partners are keen to hire someone with around 2-4 years' PQE. You will have a strong academic background and hands on experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and IT contracts. Prior experience in the sports, media and leisure sectors would also suit the position well.
