A junior corporate solicitor is offered an excellent opportunity to join a legal 500 ranked corporate team at this leading international practice in Birmingham.
The firm ranks as one of the top 20 in the UK. The corporate team act for clients throughout the UK and internationally in partnership with their corporate colleagues across the firm’s global offices throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Americas.

The successful corporate solicitor joining this award-winning corporate practice in Birmingham will undertake high-value, complex, and challenging cross-border corporate work which will include:
- Acquisitions and Disposals
- Venture Capital Investments
- Joint Ventures
- IPO
- Demergers
- MBOs and MBIs
- Reorganisations and Restructuring
- Private Equity and Equity Investments
- Corporate Governance
- Directors’ Duties
- Insurance and Wealth Management

This position is ideally suited junior corporate solicitors between NQ and two years’ PQE. Corporate solicitors applying for this position should be able to display:
- A strong academic background
- At least a single corporate training seat
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills
- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
