In the commercial field, the team routinely represents major global corporations in cases concerning to shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, supply and distribution contracts, taxation, competition, director and manager liability, EU state aid law and licensing contracts, among others. The group is also known for its track record in handling high-profile Investor-State arbitrations, representing both investor and sovereigns in landmark proceedings.

In litigation, they advise on some of the largest cases in the English Courts, as well as in jurisdictions that follow English law and are subject to appeals to the Privy Council.
