Working in the Bristol office or from home if preferred, your influence upon the team will be immediate. Day-to-day, you'll take advantage of a balanced team structure, approachable leadership and paralegal support, along with the use of technologies ensuring your time is used efficiently.
The Role
3+ PQE Banking and Finance Associate to join Tier 1 Chambers ranked team within Bristol Top 50
Tier 1, Chambers ranked and renowned for providing creative and practical solutions to an enviable and unique client-base. In addition, the team performs as a market disruptor, offering performance comparable to that of the City and regularly welcoming ex Magic and Silver Circle Lawyers into the fold.
The Banking & Finance team offer the full-spectrum of banking and finance legal services, advising borrowers, lenders and sponsors on debt (and debt-related) transactions. These transactions vary in size from £1M to £1B; core market is debt of £20M to £200M
In tune with the culture, the team works closely with Corporate, Real Estate, and Tax solicitors internlly to provide service to numerous FTSE 100, 250 and international clients, examples being HSBC, Lloyds, Santander and Investec.
Key areas for the team include but are not limited to Real Estate Finance, Energy, Corporate Debt and Leverage, Asset Finance and Derivatives. In addition, you will be exposed to a broad diet of work, and encouraged to tap into your niche as you develop.
Led by influential Partners, you will progress and develop quickly in terms of expertise and position in the team to Senior Associate, via the structured Training and Development programme.
