About the role
A busy Commercial Litigation team in Birmingham require a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their busy department due to an increase in work and further growth. This team are highly regarded in the market place and offer the opportunity for an ambitious and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor to progress their career.
You will have the opportunity to be involved with a range of disputes including: commercial, fraud and procurement challenges. Clients include public bodies, medium to large corporates and listed companies.
You will be involved with client relationship building and business development.
About the person
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' experience gained at a reputable law firm. Candidates with more experience will also be considered. In addition, the experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor must demonstrate:
*Excellent academic record
*Strong organisational and interpersonal skills;
*Effective drafting skills;
*Sharp attention to detail;
*An interest in business development;
*Proficient technical expertise; and
*Commercial acumen.
