QC Legal is pleased to present a new opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Partner to join a well-established firm with an excellent team. We are looking for a Partner that will create exciting business for the law firm. Sound like you?

The Role

  • You will be part of a well experienced Dispute Resolution team, your work will include but is not limited to, agent and distributor disputes, claims by and against trustee and developers, commercial disputes, defamation claims, franchise disputes and shareholder disputes.

  • You will be resolving disputes in the most commercially effective way with costs implications and brand and reputational damage in mind. 

  • You will be joining a team which has been long recognised for their expertise in Commercial Disputes and Litigation.

  • We are searching for a Partner for either the Sheffield, York or Leeds office.

About You

  • You must be an established player across the Yorkshire market, with either an already established or emerging reputation.

  • You must be able to demonstrate high levels of commercial and technical competence and expertise, a real desire to design, build and grow a team within a fast moving and dynamic business.

  • Lastly, you will be able to train junior lawyers in your team and demonstrate strong communication and team skills.
