Job Details
Our client is a fund manager with a diverse product range. A vacancy has arisen for a senior funds lawyer to join the business as Head of Legal reporting into the Head of Governance. With management responsibility for 2 lawyers, you will be working on both closed ended and open ended funds, leading on regulatory projects and taking an important role with regards to the ESG agenda.
This will suit an experienced funds lawyer who is comfortable leading relationships with senior stakeholders and juggling competing priorities. You will be ready to take on a senior role offering highly interesting work and team management responsibility. With at least 12 years’ pqe you will have varied funds expertise, previous in-house experience and the gravitas to succeed in a leadership position.
