Job Details
This National firm has a strong countrywide construction practice that was built on the back of a legacy real estate group. The team is almost ten years old and has grown from a modest ‘handful of clients’ practice to one that now generates in excess of £4-5 million for a strong portfolio of names. Construction is regarded as a core practice area for the firm and not seen as support to real estate as is often the case with other players. Partners are encouraged to ‘diversify’ and there are no silos preventing you from branching out.
While historically, most of the construction partners have been based outside of London, this strategic hire is to be London based, to compliment a Midlands and North based bench.
The firm is keen to speak with established developer led construction partners who operate in the non-contentious space. The preferred candidate or team will be able to demonstrate client following although the expectations for this year are reasonable.
