This firm are looking for a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join their practice based in Portsmouth.
In this role you will be managing your own caseload of restructuring & insolvency matters, this ranges from personal and business insolvency, with an emphasis on the latter. This firm are well thought of in the insolvency space and are highly accoladed for the work they do.
You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of the following: -
- Contentious and non-contentious insolvency
- Bankruptcy matters
- Applications for validation orders
- Recovery of assets
