The Role:
This Legal 500 ranked firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join their team in Luton.
Having seen an increase in work in recent years, this busy team will provide you with a full and varied caseload, meaning that you will have the opportunity to thrive and establish your practice in the industry.
Your work will include M&A, venture capital and private equity, fundraising and joint ventures, and with the guidance of the Partners, you will have an excellent opportunity to springboard your career.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 5+ PQE
- Ability to handle busy and varied caseload
