Our client is seeking associates with 4-8 years of experience in technology- and IP-intensive transactions to work across industries including software, pharma and life sciences, consumer products, and media. Matters relate to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, software and systems agreements, outsourcing, R&D agreements, technology transfer agreements, collaboration agreements, and licenses (patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases).
