Job Details
Pure Search is working with a leading European Bank to hire a Banking and Finance Lawyer for a 12 Month FTC maternity cover role.
The role will support the following teams at the Bank.
- Real Estate Finance
- Energy, Resources and Infrastructure Finance
- Leveraged Finance
- Fund Finance
- Corporate Coverage - client driven financing and banking transaction products
- M&A Corporate Finance
- Trade Services
- Cash Management
- Deposits, Payments and Accounts
- Value Preservation Group (Restructuring/Insolvency etc)
About you:
- Qualified lawyer circa 3-10 years PQE
- Good law firm credentials and training (In house or secondment experience preferable)
- Excellent communication skills capable of managing and influencing key stakeholders
