About the role
This busy Litigation team act for an impressive client base across a range of sectors including private equity, retail, technology, manufacturing and energy. Workflows will include:
- Complex and high value commercial and corporate disputes including M&A/transactional claims
- Shareholder/joint venture disputes
- Cross border and international disputes
- Contractual and product liability claims
- Commercial defamation
- Civil Fraud
- Judicial Review
In particular, this presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside experts in this field with Partners being highly commended in the Legal 500.
About the person
The successful Commercial Litigation Associate will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months' experience gained in Commercial Litigation at a reputable firm.
Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that the Commercial Litigation Associate must possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
