The Role

This diverse offering will provide the necessary platform to further enhance your career. They require an Associate with 1-5 years PQE.

Taking ownership of highly complex multi-party matters, often in industries that are well regulated, the team are heavily involved in high profile and first-of-their-kind projects for numerous international and FTSE 250 organisations.

Clients stem from key sectors, such as financial services, infrastructure, fintech, projects, public sector, defence, rail, technology, media, food and drink, manufacturing and sports industries.

As you develop as a Solicitor through working on your projects independently and as part of the wider team, you'll work on increasingly complex commercial joint ventures, collaboration and partnering arrangements, supply arrangements, sale and purchase terms and conditions, distribution and agency, and consumer contracts, soft IP matters and service agreements.

The Partners consider your mentoring to be of strategic importance, with this and the firms structured development program results in swift progression within the team.

The Requirements

  • 2 PQE within Commercial law
