This full service law firm is one of the most prestigious firms in the City and is particularly known for the quality of its corporate practice. This role is to join the M&A and ECM team and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of post qualification experience and a desire to work across all types of M&A and equity offerings. The team is extremely collaborative and the firm as a whole is known for the training and support it provides to its lawyers. Client relationships are valued as highly as the legal work and this is an excellent option for an associate who is looking to develop into a fully rounded lawyer.
