Job Details

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Construction Associate with 1+ years PQE to join one of the fastest-growing international law firms in the UK. The firm is a market leader across an abundance of specialism, and you can expect to be surrounded by heavy-hitting Lawyers that are widely regarded as leaders in their field.

The Firm:

This leading international law firm has offices throughout every major UK city and is one of the largest law firms globally in terms of headcount and revenue. They are ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 across an abundance of specialisms and are recognised for their commercial awareness, innovation, and sector knowledge.

This recognition has given them an enviable client base, and you can expect to act for a multitude of multinational PLCs and household names. The quality of work is exceptional, and you can expect to gain exposure to interesting, high-value work.

Despite their size, the firm doesn't have the stuffy, corporate environment that you may expect to find. They have close-knit, collaborative teams that will welcome you with open arms and an active social calendar that will allow you to integrate with your colleagues across the firm.

They also offer a high level of flexibility, with home working commonplace even before the lockdown and reasonable targets that promote quality of service over financials.

The Role:

You will join a respected and fast-growing Contentious Construction team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

The Construction team has a major presence globally and specifically within Real Estate Development, Energy, and Transport. You will act on behalf of a varied and interesting client base that will give you a diverse and stimulating caseload.

As a Junior Lawyer, you will work closely alongside highly regarded Partners on complex, high-value matters whilst handling a small caseload of your own. You will receive a significant amount of support and training that will allow you to build your technical ability and progress in your career. You can also expect an unrivalled level of client contact.

This is a genuinely exceptional opportunity for a Construction Associate to join one of the fastest-growing international law firms in the UK. You will receive a lucrative remuneration package, unlimited learning & development opportunities, and a platform that will springboard your career.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Construction Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE ((there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
  • Experience across all aspects of contentious construction matters
  • Experience gained at an international or reputable national law firm
