Job Details
We have an exciting new opportunity for a claimant RTA Litigator to join a well established and successful PI law firm in Sheffield, salary to 25k.
The Role:
As an RTA Fee Earner/Solicitor you will be handling a caseload of pre and post litigated RTA matters. The successful Fee Earner will have good CPR knowledge and well versed in issuing proceedings.
The role will comprise of the following duties:
- dealing in pre and post litigation RTA Cases.
- Manage between 100-150 files at any one time
- Working to court deadlines
- Liaising and Reporting to insurers
- Ensuring limitations dates are met
- Writing letters negotiating settlements
- Witness Statements
- Letters of Instruction
- Reviewing medical reports
- Issuing court proceedings
