A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at a firm considered a disrupter in legal services. Offering legal advisory services combined with new law and technology driven offerings, and multi-disciplinary solutions, the firm are looking to expand their employment offering, which currently consists of 11 lawyers working with a wide cross-section of their clients.
The team undertakes a variety of work with a focus on workforce pay compliance (including national minimum wage, holiday pay, employment status, pay gap reporting), workforce change (people aspects of restructurings including redundancies and TUPE transfers, changes to terms and conditions and transactional support) as well as general HR and ER advisory work.
Ideally you will be an employment lawyer with a good range of experience and 4+ years’ PQE and a high level of technical knowledge of employment law in England and Wales.
The successful applicant will demonstrate experience of working with demanding clients across a wide spectrum of size and activities.
