Applications are invited by the Cayman Islands office of Maples & Calder for the position of Finance Lawyer.

About the Role

Our qualified finance lawyers handle a variety of complex matters relating to acquisition and leveraged financing, banking, project finance, debt capital markets, derivatives and fund finance.

What You Bring

Applicants will have a first class academic background, admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, at least 3-7 years' relevant post qualification experience ideally gained from a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction.
