Job Details
A leading US firm with offices across several continents is seeking a bright and personal DCM Assistant/Senior Paralegal to join their impressive London office.
Working closely with the DCM Partners, this client-facing role will involve providing support on cross-border transactions, dealing with complex matter management, supporting multiple streams, including coordinating on listing processes and managing CPs/closings, and also legal research/maintenance of precedent notes. As such, applicants should have at least 2 years of transactional paralegal experience- ideally within capital markets, at a leading international firm or in-house and strong academics.
