The Role:
This is a standout opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded CoCo team in Preston.
You will handle a varied caseload that includes M&A, restructures, commercial contracts, and JV agreements. The variety and complexity of work will ensure you have a challenging caseload that allows you to develop your skill base.
The firm prides itself on client service, and you can expect to have an unrivalled level of client contact. This will allow you to develop your commercial awareness whilst establishing a reputation for yourself.

Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2 - 5 years PQE
- Experience advising SMEs, national companies, and public sector organisations
- Able to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment
- Able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
