The Role
The firm are seeking an ambitious 2-5-year PQE to join their modern firm with a fresh outlook, this role will also involve supporting the Partners in their networking and business development. The firm are currently recruiting into their Commercial Property team due to an exciting number of client wins this year.
You will be working within one of the regions strongest Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role supporting the Senior Fee Earners and Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.
They are looking for a motivated Solicitor keen to become a true specialist in Commercial Property where you will progress to managing your own caseload of work including: landlord and tenant work, leases, investment work, corporate support and large-scale developments
This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers and Property companies from the local area and beyond, so you must be confident in speaking with clients and ambitious to develop business.
Requirements
- You will be an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-5 PQE
- You will have completed a training seat in Commercial Property matters and show a keen interest in specialising in this area.
- Salary is competitive, negotiable and based upon experience
