Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked firm is looking to strengthen its numbers with the appointment of a Managing Associate.

The Team

Our Client is looking for a Managing Associate to join their leading commercial and IT team.  As the ideal candidate, your should be technology and data protection work, but experience in other areas of commercial law will also be beneficial, reflecting the diverse work carried out by the team. 

Clients includes well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates as well as owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs.  The team (and the wider firm) has a significant focus on international work and much of what they do has a cross border dimension.

The Candidate

As the ideal candidate for this role you should be at least a senior asssociate.  You should have a solid tech and commercial background, coming from a well-regarded law firm with a similar calibre to our client.  As an individual, you should be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work well independently or as part of a team.  The ability to manage individuals and a team is also essential, as is the willingness to business develop.
