A prestigious law firm in Central London are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their busy department. They are growing rapidly and are looking to bring on the best in order to continue expanding.

With a real family feel they have grown steadily, with a rich history dating back 300 years and offer a dedicated service across a broad range of sectors to high profile corporations & ultra-high net worth individuals.

As well as housing some of the most reputable lawyers available in London. Often off the radar, due to their discreet nature and cliental, you will find this firm handles some of the highest quality and most valuable transactions

This firm are incredibly diverse, modern and innovate. They have specialism in Real Estate, Wealth Planning, Islamic Finance, Corporate as well as Media, Charities and the Arts. They often involved in the most interesting litigation. With over 15 Partners, all of which have affluent client base, this is the elite of the elite outside the mainstream law firms. You will find the work culture unmeasurable, along in this sleek office based off the West End.

The Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Associate to work within this elite firm in the West End, London.

Often cases have an international flavour and the team frequently works with law firms in other jurisdictions.

The firm has attracted some real heavy weight Partners with big client base and have plans to steadily grow over the next couple of years.

The Corporate department deals with a broad range of work including; private M&A, joint ventures, fundraising and equity/capital markets, disposals and corporate restructuring as well as on partnerships, LLPs and related matters.

The department are very busy are looking to expand the department further with the hire of a Partner and another junior member of the team. You will work alongside the current head to drive the department forwards.

This might be a perfect if you are looking for a more varied role, or looking for more responsibility.

Requirements:

  • You will have at least 4 years PQE in general Corporate work
  • Have a strong technical knowledge
  • Have a good billings history
  • You are the type of candidate who can build solid client relationships
  • Salary is above market rate and comes with excellent bonus and perks package
