The Firm

The role
The firm is seeking to hire a new senior Commercial Property Solicitor into their Leicester office.
You will deal with a high-quality caseload of Commercial Property matters, often acting for high-value transactions. The property department is highly regarded and have a very strong reputation in the local market.
You will deal with a broad Commercial Property caseload which will include; Landlord and tenant work, commercial and residential development, sales and acquisitions.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You should have a strong technical knowledge
- You should be an ambitious candidate keen to want to progress
