BVI - CORPORATE LAWYER - 4-6 PQE

This leading offshore law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their top-flight Corporate transactional practice in the BVI.  Applicants will need to be either BVI or UK qualified lawyers, with a minimum of four years' PQE gained within a mainstream high-level Corporate practice. The position will entail advising an impressive range of listed domestic and international entities on a diverse set of matters including M&A, joint ventures, corporate advisory work, equity capital markets issues, private equity matters (incl. downstream fund investments deals) and restructuring work.  Their practice focuses particularly on assisting financial services, aviation, energy & natural resources, telecoms and real estate clients. You'll be working closely with other members of the team and reporting to their group leader in the BVI.  Foreign language skills would be advantageous, while excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential.  Don't miss this superb BVI opportunity.  Please apply now for more details.
