Our client is a successful, directory rated,highly profitable law firm based in Mayfair. The firm have a focus on commercial real estate but no dedicated property litigation fee earner and refer in the region of £200,000 per annum in fee income to other law firms in London. The firm are keen this work remains in house and are keen to recruit a senior property litigation lawyer to help them grow this area of their practice.
The firm act for household names in the real estate sector and so require a commercially astute and experienced fee earner with the ability to deal with heavyweight property litigation disputes.
You will either be an established partner seeking a new challenge or a senior associate who is ready for the step up to partnership.
