**INTERNATIONAL FIRM** Corporate ECM Associate NQ-4PQE

An established International law firm which house a leading Equity Capital Markets practice are looking to hire a Corporate solicitor to join their team in London. The firm boast an excellent client base, can offer a competitive remuneration package and the chance to join a close-knit and collegiate team.

This UK Corporate team have grown considerably over the past few years and have several dedicated ECM partners who sit within this group. Therefore, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to learn under leading practitioners within this space. The firm work with an excellent client base with the team being predominantly bank-side focused but also acting for a number of listed corporate issuers. The new joiner is likely to have gained exposure to UK ECM/Listing Rule sponsor transaction work and have a strong desire to focus on ECM transactions in the long-term.

The firm are looking to hire a solicitor between the NQ-4PQE mark, preferably gained within a leading regional, City or International firm. A strong academic record is also required to be considered.
